Social Media Setup Service Agreement

1. Service Overview

NVSP IT provides one-time social media setup services including account creation, profile setup, profile optimization, and basic configuration.

2. Scope of Service

This is a one-time setup service. Ongoing management, posting, advertising, marketing, consulting, or growth services are not included unless agreed separately in writing.

3. No Guarantee of Results

NVSP IT does not guarantee followers, engagement, leads, sales, reach, impressions, or business results.

4. Username / Account Name Availability

Requested usernames, page names, handles, or account names are not guaranteed and depend on platform availability and approval.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information
• Provide branding materials if available
• Provide needed approvals and responses in a timely manner
• Complete any required verification requested by the platform

6. Platform Approval & Restrictions

NVSP IT is not responsible for platform decisions including account rejection, suspension, restriction, removal, or delays caused by platform review or verification.

7. Service Timing

Service is typically completed within 1–3 business days after receiving all required information, access, and materials.

8. Payment & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

9. Account Security & Loss

NVSP IT is not responsible for hacking, unauthorized access, account loss, bans, suspensions, restrictions, or deletion after setup.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using this service, the client agrees to all terms listed above.
